I have been able to send face videos to other phones regardless of the receiving phone being an iPhone or Samsung and now all of the sudden i can only send to iPhones . Not sure why?

I have been able to send face videos to other phones regardless of the receiving phone being an iPhone or Samsung and now all of the sudden i can only send to iPhones . Not sure why?

Can’t send face videos to other phones like Samsung. Why ?

iPhone 8, iOS 11.1

What do you mean by "face videos?" If your carrier is Verizon they have had a problem this week with MMS. It has been fixed, but you need to contact their support to resolve it.
