iOS 11 doesn’t know how to open .ics iCal link in Safari

when trying to open an ICS link in Safari on iOS 11, safari tries to open Box and when click more, iCal is not an option. Same thing on iPad or iPhone. Any ideas anyone?

iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.1
