How remove/delete books from iCloud?

I have a Mac, ipad, iphone . Ipad and iPhone running 11.1 Mac running 10.10.5 Yosemite

I have them all set in iCloud to share.

I would like to delete the books from the cloud and on all my machines. Nothing seems to do it completely.

I have selected them on iPhone and tried to delete, same with iPad and Mac. Also tried on iCloud.com
