I don't remember restriction code on iphone 6. I tried 14 times. How can I remove or reset? TIA

Erase the phone either using Find My iPhone or by forcing it into recovery mode and restoring iOS using iTunes.
You will have to set it up as a new device. Do NOT restore your backup. The restriction settings are contained in the backup. If you restore from a backup, you'll end up right back where you started.
