Hello calvin816.

If I'm understanding correctly, you noticed that while in landscape mode, your app folder isn't displayed properly. I will be happy to help.

Does this occur with all folders? I'd recommend removing the apps from the folder, restarting your device and create a new folder to see if it resolves this.

Just in case, here are the articles with steps to create the new folder and restart the device: How to move apps and create folders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Cheers.

Hi brenden,

Thanks for your reply.

I tried many different ways such as moving out the apps, create another folder and earsing all contents and reset the ipad. The problem still comes back even after resetting the ipad with just the default apps installed.

FYI, I am on ios 11.1.1. Not sure whether this is a hardware issue or not.

I have seen this reported in the past but I don’t recall any solution. I have 4 folders on my iPad Air 2 with iOS 11.1.1 and do not see this behavior. If necessary, you might want to get an appointment at an Apple Store to see if they have any ideas.
