Phone menu gets hanged

Time to time my main phone menu gets hanged, display becomes hazy & not able to access the dial pad. All other apps or msg run as normal. It happens only with phone menu. Already updated the IOS, but still happens. Every time I've to restart the phone to get back normal phone menu. Any one is having same issues or know how to fix this-?
