My autofill on iPhone won't work now that…

My autofill on iPhone won't work now that I upgraded to 11.1.1.

Hello and thank you in advance for your help.

I used my iPhone autofill in Safari using my all my contact info with absolutely no issues on Thursday.

I upgraded to 11.1.1 on Friday and now it won't work.

I changed nothing with my autofill settings between Thursday and Friday.

My wife's iPhone autofill works and she has yet to upgrade to 11.1.1, hence my thinking that this bug update messed up autofill.

Any advice?

It's my understanding that since updating to iOS 11.1.1, autofill is no longer working. I may be able to help with this. I would go through and double check your settings to make sure all information is listed. Go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords > App & Website Passwords. You should see your list of saved information. Then go to Settings > Safari > Autofill, turn off Names and Passwords, restart your iPhone and then turn them back on. Test to see if the autofill works and make sure to try several sites. If you're using iCloud Keychain, this article may help: Get help with iCloud Keychain

If iCloud Keychain is on, but Safari won't save or autofill account or credit card information

If Safari doesn't autofill your account names, passwords, or credit cards, or doesn't ask to save them to begin with, check the AutoFill and Private Browsing settings on your device.

On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 9 or later:

Tap Settings > Safari > AutoFill.

For account names and passwords, check that Names and Passwords is on. For credit card information,* check that Credit Cards is turned on.

Open Safari. If the navigation bar in Safari is black or dark instead of white or light gray, turn off Private Browsing. Safari doesn't save account names and passwords when Private Browsing is on.
