Update won't work because I'm not connected to internet but I'm on wifi and my internet works

When ever I try to update my phone it says im not connected to the internet but I am on wifi and the internet is working on my phone. What do i do?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 10.3.2, trying to update it to IOS 10.3.3

First, try the steps here: Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support . If you are still having trouble with the update, I would recommend updating with iTunes instead: Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support .

Hi. Apple only signs (verifies) the current iOS version for a device. It sounds like you are trying to install iOS 10.3.3 on your iPhone 6 Plus. This was superseded by iOS 11 in September, and we're now on iOS 11.1.1. You need to delete the old download from your device and try to update again. Note that the download will be almost 2 GB, and you'll need about 6 GB free storage on the iPhone (not iCloud) to complete the install. So you may want to do this update using the iTunes program on a computer.
