Home Sharing - iTunes 12 for Windows 10

All computers are connected to home sharing, and I am able to connect using the home sharing with the pop up in upper left window.

The next step would be to use a pop up menu at the bottom of the iTunes window to choose items not in my library.

This pop up menu is MISSING from the bottom of the iTunes window.

Is there a way to locate or restore this?
