App Store can not connect

Followed all steps and still cannot connect to App Store.

Logged out and in

Reset date time to manual and rebooted

Update iOS to latest version.


do not want to have to do a factory reset.

If I understand your post correctly, you are unable to connect to the App Store on your iPhone. I'm happy to help.
It sounds like you've already done some troubleshooting. This article lists some of the things you've already tried and some additional steps to try:
If you can‘t connect to the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store
