delete the Seagate Dashboard app from my mac (10.13.1).

I am trying top delete the Seagate Dashboard app from my MacBook Pro 17" early 2011 (10.13.1).

First I quit the app. Then I look for it under Force Quit to ensure it is not open. Then I drag the icon to Trash and get the error message. The item “Seagate Dashboard.app” can’t be moved to the Trash because it’s open.

??? What am I missing??
