iOS 11.1.1 emoji issues

I just updated my iPhone 6s to iOS 11.1.1 yesterday. But, some emojis are being shown as if I don’t have them, or I don’t have the right update for them. For example, apparently there is an eye or I emoji, but it just shows up in my phone as an exclamation point and a question mark in a box. What do I do?
