I dropped my phone about 5 feet onto its back with a case on

So I dropped my iPhone7 onto its back and the front camera has weird streaks in the bottom left, it doesn’t take video anymore, it takes about 20 minutes to turn on and the vibrations are very messed up I have no idea what to do I would like any suggestions
