WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH NEWEST UPDATE????

I am about to blow my stack with not being able to send pictures or videos with the new update. I’ve tried to do all that has been recommended and STILL DOESN’T WORK!!!! I use to love my iPhone 7+ now I HATE IT!
