Black screen with loading symbol

So this has been happening since ios11 and idk if it’s ios11 or I’m getting hacked or what this is exactly what it looks like out of no where it just happens and it stays on it for a few seconds then it goes back to whatever that was on my screen before it happened

Have you tried rebooting your phone? This can be done in a couple of different ways depending on what phone you have. iPhone 6 and earlier, press and hold the power button and the home button till you see the apple logo at which point you can release both buttons. If it's an iPhone 7, press and hold volume down and power button till you see apple logo, then release both buttons. iPhone 8 is a little more tricky in that you have to press volume up, then volume down, then press and hold the side button (power button) till you see the apple logo. Once you see the logo, then you can release the side button.
