Iphone 8+ hang

Hi, Im from malaysia. I just got my iphone 8+ 3 weeks ago. I got a problem where my iphone keep hanging. 3 to 4 times my iphone got hang and i went to thunder to ask for solutions. They just force restart my phone. I called singapore’s apple and they ask me to update ios. Ive updated to latest ios and it happen again. My phone keep hang and I cant press any button while it hang. No respond. Please hear my case. I bought this phone at that price but I get this type of quality ? Please apple. Please help me to settle this. T.T
