iPhone 7 Plus front facing microphone wont work correctly for face time and speaker phone, callers can’t hear me clearly or can barely hear me

Got an iPhone 7 Plus and ever since I got it this problem has been occurring where users can’t hear me well at all like cant understand almost completely on FaceTime and speaker phone and it causes me many times to use headphones and becomes ver frustrating when I need to charge my phone while FaceTiming or on a call please help also already on all the recent software reset phone settings tried rebooting it multiple times to no avail and no damage has occurred
