my apple id has been disabled

every time i try to download or update and app , I get an alert saying “ your apple id has been disabled “ & I’ve changed my password multiple times & have done the two factor authentication nothing is working , is there anything else I can do ?

Your Apple ID account becomes disabled for one of two reasons. Either


1) You tried to enter the wrong password or wrong security answers too many times


or


2) You owe the iTunes Store money or there is a problem with your iTunes account


If it's 1) head over to https://iforgot.apple.com to get started toward recovering your account


If it's 2) head over to iTunes - Official Apple Support for assistance
