So…

Restored my macbook pro from Time Capsule and turns out for some reason the Applications folder was not included.

I have nothing, literally nothing but Finder. What can I do?

Hi,

I Think you have used this Method

How to restore files from a Time Machine backup

  • Select System Preferences from the Apple menu.
  • Choose the Time Machine icon

User uploaded file

  • Check the box next to Show Time Machine in a menu bar.
  • Click Enter Time Machine after clicking the Time Machine icon in the Menu bar

Find the file or folder in question and click Restore

Time Machine will then copy that file back to its original location on your hard drive.

As Alternate you can save All Apple Mail MBOX Files into other Formats using this method
