I have an iPhone 6s and still don't get the iOS 11 update I'm stuck with iOS 10.3.3, what can I do to get it ? Oh & I don't have a computer to do it using iTunes so what are my options ?

Check to make sure that your phone hasn't downloading a beta version or another version that could be causing it to think that it's updated. Go to Settings > General > Storage and search the list and see if there is something listed there as an iOS update....It's most likely toward the bottom. If you see it there, delete it, then check to see if it updates for you then.
