Hey siri not working after updated to ios 11.1.1 on ipad pro

Do you have the 9.7-inch, 10.5-inch, or 12.9-inch iPad Pro? If it's a 12.9 inch, is it a 1st or 2nd generation? The 1st generation 12.9-inch doesn't support Hey Siri except when connected to power.
