Handing out an iphone 5

Hello,

I am happily prepare myself to iphone X coming shortly.

I want to hand my iPhone 5 to a friend who will have iPhone forst time in his life.

The iPhone 5 has iOs 10 and several applications, which are not all important to my friend.

My question: What are the steps he should do in order to activate the iphone on his name and utilisations without reseting the iphone.

Pratically I need to explain how to erase the existing e-mails accounts and their content which is not important to me.

The friend doesn't have a mac and has no access to itunes on Mac or on windows. He has a simple android handset whih naturally sim card and wifi access.

Thanks in advance

Why would you not want to reset the iPhone? Your friend should receive the iPhone as if it were brand new, right out-of-the-box, at least from a software perspective.

He should not take the following steps ... you should. Before parting with your iPhone, thoroughly cleanse it software-wise as described here.
