i cant get me 2.4 to work says no internet but 5 works fine

My airport extrem 5ghz works fine but my 2.4 says no internet what Can I do to get it working

Have you tried the following:

Power-down, and then, power-up the base station?
Performed a "hard" or "factory default" reset on the base station?

Yes I have done both twice so I tried it again yesterday and it started working this morning
