Help, I need to un-disable my Apple ID

I need to know how to fix-"Your AppleID has been disabled". My grand signed into ITunes with her e-mail and password...I placed my e-mail and password then when I put it in. the phone asked for my password...It then goes to "Tap to reset" What do I need to do?

iPhone 8, iOS 11.1
