ios 11 previously downloaded apps

I'm using ios 11.

When I try to see apps I downloaded in the past, it tells me that I haven't downloaded any.

I've tried restarting, signing out and back in again. No luck so far. Anyone else having this issue?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.1
