Ipad Black Screen After Update IOS11.1.1 on Wifi. when it happened. I update software again on itunes. Untill now my ipad is black screen and can not use. How can I fix this problem Thanks

Turn ipad off Make sure your pc is running the latest iTunes 12.7
Connect lead to USB on your pc
Press & hold just the power button down on ipad don't let go
Connect lead to ipad keep power button pressed down until pc sees ipad Then wait for restore you may need to do this more than once Before it works.

It seems if I have a similar problem. My iPad Air got a black screen after updating to iOS 11.2. If I hold in a dark space I can see that the screen is on but black. First iOS 11.2 worked fine, but then my iPad started chrashing. And now I have the black screen. I tried the forced start up and I tried connecting it to iTunes and downloading iOS 11.2 again on the device. But on Windows and macOS I get the error (4013). What can I do next to recover my iPad (and data)?
