Jiggle mode not working on iPad Air 2

Hey guys,

Did a lot of searching without avail:

1. We have a Supervised managed Profile using Meraki System Manager

2. Restrictions are turned off for App Deletions

3. Layout is set by Profile

We tried removing the profile, resetting all the settings, restarting the devices - no luck.

iPad Air 2 does not have force touch, so it's not an issue with pressure.

When we lightly press our finger on the app, it raises and becomes transparent, but it does not allow us to re-arrange the icons (they are stacked alphabetically) and does not go into jiggle mode.

We cannot remove Safari Home shortcuts either!

Anyone else figured this error out? Seems like a serious bug.

There are two things I wonder about.

1. We have a Supervised managed Profile using Meraki System Manager

2. Restrictions are turned off for App Deletions

3. Layout is set by Profile

First, the sense of the Restrictions switches is that you turn them on to allow the operation. You say Restrictions are turned off. Have you allowed App Deletion?

Second, you say Layout is set by Profile. It may be more difficult to remove this than you think. Have you reset the iPad using DFU mode?

Finally, you say you removed the Profile, but did you remove it from management by the MDM?

There is no problem moving or deleting apps on an iPad running iOS 11.1.1, when the device has not experienced the special conditioning you have apparently applied.
