Accidentally deleted iBooks from my phone

It's okay, I prefer that than losing my iBooks! For the other app (my banking app, which disappeared when I took it out of a folder when I was reorganising them), I tried simply restarting the phone and that actually worked, the app reappeared. I wonder what that weird bug is!

When I plug my phone and go into iTunes, I actually don't see my apps listed (see screen cap). I hate that program, I wish Apple would entirely redesign it, it never works well. Well at least the problem is solved now. Thank you for all your kind help Darkstar!

I have! I looked EVERYWHERE. I don't actually have a ton of folders so it wasn't hard to look... I find iBooks in search but it's not like on a computer, it doesn't tell you where the app actually is, it just opens it. Urgh!!

That brought back my iBooks, thank you! But I had to spend 20 minutes reorganizing all my folders and somehow now another one of my apps is doing the same thing. It's nowhere to be seen, but it appears in search and I can open it from the app store. I have nooooo idea what's going on, and right now I don't have the courage to reset it all again, so if anyone has another suggestion on how to fix the issue? Thank you!
