After upgrade to iOS 11.1, Touch Id stop working.

Restart mobile phone, phone is locked directly.

No chance to enter a passcode.



I am in Canberra.

Do you have people, so that I can face to face describe my issue?

You guys never care about our customer issue.

My wife is crying badly.

I am angry with you Apple.

The forum is for users to ask technical questions which can be answered by other users from their own experience. Many seemingly intractable problems have been solved this way, but obviously we cannot actually do anything, particularly about hardware faults. The fact that we can't help you, otherwise than referring you to the people who can, doesn't render it ridiculous.
