New macbookpro - old 27" apple monitor

Hello,

I have a 2014 13" macbook pro and 27" apple monitor. Wanting to upgrade to new 13" macbook pro. What are my options for connecting the old monitor? Seems everything has changed. I see there are devices like a Delkin hub but not certain that will work.
