I am having trouble in my iPhone 4s. I am not able to save my photos in to camera roll, once I captured the photos, they disappeared and can't be accessed at the photo gallery. I would like you to help me on how to fix such problem.

Okay this might help if not you might need to restore the software of the phone.. Go to Setting > General > Scroll all the way down till you find Reset> Reset all setting this will reset the phone once it boots up try taking a picture and see if it saves if not unfortunately you might be experiencing an issue with the software and might need a Restore..

Do you have enough storage on the device?
Yes, I have enough space, around 1 GB free memory
What iOS version are you running ?
iOS 9.3.5
