Making font bigger than 16 on Desktop folders/items

I want to make my Desktop file/folder names larger than the 16 font size that the "Show View Options" (⌘-J) window allows.

Has anyone ever seen a Terminal or Onyx or some other magic way to tweak that font beyond 16?

(probably doesn't matter, but I'm running High Sierra on a 2013 Mac Pro can, and dual 25-inch (2560 x 1440) Acer monitors)

My only fix (that I've used for years) is to change the monitor resolution (System Preferences: Displays) to a lower resolution.
