My iPhone x is stuck on lock screen and it freezes after i enter the passcode. It freezes for a couple minutes then restarts. I enter the passcode again but the same thing happen I have try to reboot more than 15 times but the issue still not solved.

I would contact your nearest Apple Store and have your device inspected.
