How can I get my email to send messages out ?

I am receiving mails but each time I try sending one out it’s says that either the email address or password is incorrect. I deleted the account and put it back in again with a new password. Still does not work tells me to go to setting

Since you can receive emails, try sending one to yourself and see if it arrives immediately or if an error arises.

All out going emails I am sending is going to the outbox. And not getting out says my email is incorrect of my password is incorrect
