On Mac OS X 10.13, CDROM auto launch is broken

I created an ISO file using the Titanium Toast v11 tool on Mac OS X 10.6. When this ISO file is loaded on the device, the auto-mount and auto-launch happens on all Mac OS X versions from 10.6 to 10.12. However, on Mac OS X 10.13, ONLY the auto-mount is working, but, the auto-launch is NOT happening. Any clue regarding the root cause of this issue? Is this a known issue on Mac OS X 10.13?

Troubleshooting steps tried are as below.

- Tried using hdiutil makehybrid command-line tool, but this did NOT auto-launch on any Mac OS X version.

- Tried using the Disk Utility GUI tool to create a .cdr file, then, used hdiutil makehybrid command-line tool to create the ISO file. Same result here, it did NOT auto-launch on any Mac OS X version.
