Can’t open documents in pages app

Hi, I can’t seem to open any documents in the pages app. It was working fine a few days ago & now nothing. When I click on a document it says “file doesn’t exist”. ?? I’m looking right at it, it does exist & I haven’t done anything to make this happen!!

Anyone have a similar experience or any advice as to what’s going on?!

Thanks so much!!

Hey Kristine59,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to open documents in the Pages app of your iPhone. Being able to access files on your device can be very useful and I want to help you take advantage of this. What we'd want to do first is check the App Store to see if there are any updates available for the Pages app. If you're all up to date, try the options below.

1. Open the document using the Files App Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
2. If you have a Mac, open the File using Finder
3. From any computer, access the file using www.icloud.com

Let us know the results

Cheers.
