IOS11 (what a joke!)

I have a iPhone 5s and since the IOS 11 update my phone freezes and glitches, and with each update it gets worse. I’m to the point where I’m going to throw this phone against a wall and never buy another Apple product again. If this is their way of making me buy a new phone, it’s not going to happen. this is a mistake b/c they are trying to push the new IOS 11, Apple needs to figure it out. I read that some people went back to IOS 10 and it fixed the issues, but then Apple made it so you could not do that the case that’s pretty freakin shady!

whatever you read about going back to iOS 10 from iOS 11 is not possible without jailbreaking your iOS device, voiding the warranty and not getting any help from Apple with this issue.

If you have specific issues with your iOS device please describe them. If you have issues with an Apple policy you would need to take that up with Apple. www.apple.com/feedback is the link.

No matter what I’m doing on my phone.

-scrolling Facebook (the app & through safari)

-texting people

-going to a contact on my phone

-typing in numbers or pages

-looking up articles about the iPhone updates (through safari)

My phone will either

- freeze/lock (the only thing that works is my home button, I have to hit it, then hit my screen lock button.....then I have to go back into what I was doing and it will work for about 2 minutes then I have to do all that again)

-the screen will start going crazy, scroll to the top of the article I was reading and the screen will stop working/reacting (I do the same steps above)

-I have turned of my iPhone 5s (sometimes I have to force quit b/c my screen won’t even work to slide the button to turn of my phone)

-I have cleared my safari cache

ITS GETTING REALLY OLD, I’m shocked it didn’t freeze up while typing this response. My phone was ABSOLUTELY fine until the IOS 11 updates.

Hi

You may have a bug / faulty battery

Go to apps store download Battery life it will test your battery condition.

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now.

Then go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.

Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.

Cheers
