cannot download free app without billing questionaie popping up never used to happen. I'm not interested in giving billing details just wanna get some free apps like I have a few months back. If anyone has any info plz let me know
What is the exact text of this 'billing questionaie' that you are getting, what actually happens when you try to download something ? Do you owe iTunes money, or are trying to use a country's iTunes store when not in that country ?
