How to update usr/bin/java

My /usr/bin/java is: build 1.7.0_51-b13

I ran the Oracle update and it verifies as: Version 8 Update 151

How do I get my /usr/bin/java to be 1.8 ?

macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)
