Hi. I looked at your link, but cannot understand the question. The screenshot you showed has the icons shaking. That allows you to tap on the ✖ to delete any of the apps and their data. Please explain exactly what happens when icons disappear. You can post screenshots here by using the camera icon in the editor toolbar. Just be sure to remove any personal data.
