stuck during reinstallation

Durning reinstallation, at the begining when showing 6 min, henceforth it’s not advancing a bit. Seems like it’s is pretty got stuck even leaving for hours. Finally showing installation failed. Please note, it’s very first time after buying, so time machine won’t work. What to do?
