Question: Why do I have multiple lines of the same email I was composing?

I have multiple versions of the same email I've composed. You can see the multiple emails who are actually just one email composed.. why is that created? it is using up memory space.. there is no use of these multiple versions especially since that one email was already sent.

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)
