Question: Blank app icon in Launchpad and dock

Recently the app icons often go blank and come back to normal randomly. I started experiencing this issue after I updated to High Sierra.

I've tried to delete the .db dock file, used killall Dock command and rebooting the computer. Unfortunately, none of them worked.

As you can see in the screenshot, some icons in both the Launchpad and dock are displayed incorrectly.

This is kinda annoying since I will have to move my mouse over the icon to see what app it is.

Is there anyway to fix this problem?

Thanks so much 🙂
