how to turn off auto-brightness on iPod Touch version 11.1.1

Under Color Filters, there is just a statement: "Turning off auto-brightness ay affect battery life." There is no toggle On/Off switch in upgrade 11.1.1.

That setting is not available on an iPod (although the warning about the battery life mistakenly is there)
