I recrntly had to restore my iphone, to organize my Telegram contacts, I deleted the ones I didn’t want to have there, but unfortunstely they have been deleted from my phone’s contact and I really need them
iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.1
Go to www.icloud.com (via a computer) > Settings > Restore Contacts.
