Error on adding Starz

I receive an error when I purchased Starz on new iPad Pro. Apple does not no anything. The error states: “ this application is not working try again later.“ Apple states the only thing to do is reboot the entire system and start over. They don’t know anything. Then they told me to report the incident.... that’s their job!

iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.1, Purchased app. Error still occurs.
