I cannot use handsfree dialing with my bluetooth device

When I hit the button to activate voice dialing, you hear the beep that means start speaking and then it just cuts off. I have updated to the latest 11.1.1 and I am still having the issue. Please fix this. I use this feature ALL the time for work.
