iCloud Drive

Is is possible to only view a document in iCloud Drive? Everytime I double click a document, it is downloaded to the Downloads Folder.

I'm a little confused. This is the iCloud for iOS forum, and there is no downloads folder in iOS. You can't even directly view the iCloud.com website on an iOS device like an iPad or iPhone.

If you are using the iCloud.com website on a computer through a web browser you can view files that are supported on the iCloud apps, like Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, but other types of files, like PDFs will need to be downloaded first to be viewed either by the browser itself or by an external application.
