Just added the family share plan and my apps are not being shared.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11.0.3

Have you gone through with a purchase to see if you actually are charged ? If you are, contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If other members of the Family Share aren't seeing apps under your id in the Purchased section check to see if you have sharing enabled on your account, and if the apps that you've bought are shareable : What types of content can I share with Family Sharing? - Apple Support

This is no help. Im not seeing any share files. I go to the App Store and there is not purchased apps. I only have today, games, apps, updates, search. Even if I click on updates, don't see purchased apps.

OK, I see finally where the already purchased apps are. I click on the cloud with the arrow to download it, but it still wants me to buy it. I thought with family share, we could share apps without buying them again. Still seeing a problem. Sorry for having such a hard time with this.

Here are the pictures showing whats going on. I should not be charged because of family share, but it still wants to charge me.

What are 'share files' ?

To see purchased apps tap on your icon at the top of the App Store app.
