Question:Q:Having a nervous breakdown my iPhone 6 Plus, my iPhone 6s Plus 64g and iPad Air 2 all are not working properly!!!
I depend on my iPhone and iPad Air 2(always cased and never dropped or damaged), to be efficient and work properly for my business and personal use. It’s extremely frustrating when these are costing me a lot of time and money also highly stressful because I can’t afford to pay to have them fixed when I’ve had the 6s plus less than a month, and my iPad Air 2 not even a couple years and both are babied. I don’t have time to wait all day at apple, and I was told my 6s plus was brand new upgrade from my 6 plus that I just spent over $200 to have repaired but said they couldn’t get it to pass inspection or fixed properly to work under apples stabdards. There’s no way this phone is brand new and I didn’t want to switch or pay for a problem to another problem. This is appples that I reluctantly had to pay for when I needed a phone that’s not as big as the 6 plus and wo yhtiw nigev ot melnorpuld have used my upgrade for the iPhone 8 256 g or the X. Now all of a sudden my iPad Air 2 has lines going through display!! It’s never been dropped and has been in its case since day 1!! I’m stuck with problems tgat I have spent my last dime on to have repaired and I’m about to flip out. My 6s plus 64 g that is still under warranty is typing slower and missing letters and numbers I type. And it’s too big. I am very upset I had to pay for this when it wasn’t
Now that you've gotten all that out of your system, could you possibly explain, in simple, declarative sentences, what problems you're having with your devices and what troubleshooting steps you've taken so far. I understand you're upset but, to get the issue resolved, we need to understand what's wrong.
